Music Makes The World Go Round…Week Four’s Big Five

July 7, 2009

Ready for some new music?  It’s that time of the week (already, can you believe it?) to share last week’s top 5 loved tracks.

The sunshine may have made a sudden disappearance, been replaced with flash floods and as usual, London transport chaos, but at least these cool little sounds are here to grab back summer and make the best of what’s left of a rather grey Tuesday.

Last week’s top 5 tunes:

1. The Golden Filter – Solid Gold

2. The Asteroids Galaxy Tour – The Sun ‘Ain’t Shining Anymore

3. Little Boots – Stuck On Repeat (Fake Blood Remix)

4. Thievery Corporation – The State Of The Union

5. Little Hands Of Asphalt – Oslo

Listen to last week’s big five.

I loved Little Hands Of Asphalt. Soft and somewhat sad it had a great simplicity to it and was backed up by good lyrics. Nice song.

  2. Oslo is indeed an awesome track. You summed it up perfectly.
