Soldiersailor’s Sounds Of 2009

Not only is it the end of the year, but the end of a decade. Can you believe it? Over the last year, (and the other nine plus) there’s been some amazing tracks and artists that have graced our radio stations plus topped both popular and dance charts.

For me, there’s a collection of tunes that have been released over the last year, a few from times before and a couple that are forthcoming that have genuinely become the soundtrack to my 2009.

Between redundancy and a few other obstacles, it’s been a tough year, so thank goodness for an ever-growing, ever-diverse world of music to help not only me, but all of us through the tough times, and launch us straight into the good ones.

Here’s to all that’s great ahead (and to embracing everything else) in 2010. Happy New Year.
