Feeling a bit flat is how I started this week. I think it was a combination of amazing weather, then rain, rain, rain. That, and I didn’t exercise as much over the bank holiday as I usually do. Well, I swapped boxing and training for longer dog walks – which were lovely – but I was also a bit lazy on Monday!
I’m pleased to say I’m back on form thanks to getting back to the gym and getting shit done. I’ve also started jotting down things that make me feel up and things that make me feel down. I’m hoping this will build on my self-awareness and serve as a useful reminder when needed.
What else has gone on this week?
A lot of fragmented time. It’s been tricky to get enough focus time. My days have been a mix of training, calls, and interviews (I’m still reviewing our content process). This means I have a chunky piece of work that’s not had as much love as it needs. I now have to split the work into hours for the next few days when I really need an afternoon or day.
