Weeknotes 30 June, 2023

A week with not much to write home about. Pleasant enough and progress made on many tasks.

Kicking off an IA project for a mobile app. We’re right at the beginning (mostly conversations on who’s doing what and what think the work will look like). There’s not too much to say on this one right now. More soon.

Hitting snags and fixing them in some onboarding work for software. I was prepping the content ahead of testing so our team had real copy (or close enough) in the coach marks.

The testing happened unexpectedly sooner so I paused editing the content until we got the feedback. I try to avoid testing with Lorem Ipsum as I always want whatever it is we’re testing to be as real as possible. Plus, it’s an opportunity to get feedback on copy, tone, etc. We got the results back. There’s a lot to fix so I’ve been head down on that this week and will be into next week.

Lots of little tasks. While not one of the most notable weeks, it’s been a good one all the same. Enjoy the weekend.
