Weeknotes 23 February, 2024

I keep writing 2023 on these. I’m not sure what that says. Nothing, I guess, as long as you don’t look into it. Anyway…

This week has been a speedy one. That’s all good though as I’ve got through a lot and I’m feeling good about how things are going. Here’s a list of what I’ve worked on.

• Joining/listening to user testing
• Updating log in stuff (2 factor authentication) for email content
• Working on the user journey and content for integrations people can use with our product(s)
• Language research from competitors. Including looking at the words they use when talking about money and making ‘things’ easy to do.
• Kicking off revamp of our content design guidance hub
• And pitching a talk for Button Content Conference 2024!
