This week I’m continuing with rolling projects so this update might be short and sweet.
A lot of naming projects. These used to be my nemesis, my kryptonite. When I worked in the hospitality industry I worked on naming restaurants and bars. It was hard. I thought it was me and that I’d found my greatest (content) weakness.
Turns out naming is notoriously difficult. Knowing, and communicating this has helped with the naming projects I’m working on now. It’s okay to not have all the answers – and collaboration is something I’ve found key in getting them. It’s not me. It’s you, nomenclature.
Weekly user generated content checks. Such as online and mobile reviews, sprint demos and NPS comments. These are all great ways to spot opportunities to make our content better.
Prototype proofing and continuing with the content guidance I mentioned before.
