Full transparency, I wrote this yesterday as I know I’ll be very much enjoying a welcome lie in as this publishes.

This week has flown by with plenty of good stuff…

Correcting a mistake. I made one in a copy test I launched, which invalidated the results. It was easy to fix and relaunch. We all make mistakes. Learning from them and moving on is what matters.

Editing an article. Some time ago I wrote an article for UX Content Collective. It’s about building a single source of truth for your product copy. I’m overdue making some tweaks so I’m getting that done.

Editing a select a plan page. This sounds simple but there’s complexity (a theme where I work!) around how our plans work. I’ve been figuring out how to make this easy for users and working with the delivery team to build it.

Naming concepts: Account Manager. There’s been a lot of discussion around the term “Account Manager”. It means one thing in part of our business and another in another part of our business. We’ve ideated alternatives and now need to contextualise them in design.

Taking a day off. Today, to be exact. After a busy week and bonkers quarter I’m glad our company has recognised we need a rest. With that, I’m off to enjoy our Recharge Day. Have a good weekend.
