Weeknotes 12 July, 2024*

Late is better than never, right? Please pardon my tardiness… here’s a summary of last week.

Editing an article about creating a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for copy. (And figuring out more about Figma in the process). We tried a few different routes in finding a SSOT. One of these involved simple, yet effort-heavy solutions in Figma. I won’t say too much about the other ideas as the article should be out soon and I’ll link to it when it is.

Mid-year reviews for my team. Taking time to reflect on the last few months and look at what’s to come.

Resting. Using my summer hours to chill. We’re lucky enough to get 3hrs back a week through July and August.

Sythesising copy results. Terminology stuff again. It’s so good we’re testing terms… we didn’t always do so.
