I spent last week floating about in the Italian sea so that’s my Weeknotes were somewhat absent. It’s back to reality now…

After a bit of catching up I’ve started a new sprint. I’ve lots of smaller tasks to get through. Here are a few of them…

Naming stuff. Okay, so naming isn’t a “smaller task”. That said, I’ve been looking into resources to try and make it an easier task.

I’ve quite a few feature names to come up with, It seems like there are a lot of brand naming resources out there e.g. guides from Onymn and Igor, but less so for naming features. I did find this and via a content community I heard about this workshop Julia Steffan runs. I’ve registered for that – hopefully a date will come up soon.

Quite a bit of content writing. Making improvements to itty bits of copy. From abandoned cart emails to modal screens.

Figuring out copy tests. Once I have shortlists for the naming projects I mentioned (some are ready) they’ll be tested. I’ve paired with our research team to work out the best testing methods. Next, it’ll be setting those tests up.
