Weeknotes 16 August, 2024

This week has had a huge focus on naming. Coming up with new terms, testing options, and thinking about how we can get better at the process of naming. Other things included:

Pair writing with a designer on the user journey for a new feature.

Checking in on reviews and customer feedback. I do this periodically to see if there any any content things to fix or things users need that we don’t yet have.

Feedback on onboarding journeys. We have different user groups so have different onboarding to meet their unique needs.

Checked in and shared feedback on two key projects. That’s about as much a I can say about them without getting myself in hot water.

Found a refreshing podcast. It advocates for simple language that preserves human expression, in a time when AI suggests removing it. Time stamp: 20:00.
