Weeknotes 30 August, 2024

Wowsers. It’s Weeknotes time already. It has been a short week I guess as there’s been a bank holiday. So what have I been up to in this whirlwind week?

Running a naming workshop. I ran this with 3 participants and could have done with a few more. That said, I was pleased with the format I put together as it seemed to go well.

Gaining buy in on naming. Yep, more on this topic. I talked through some of the things I’ve been working on with our brand director. I’ve been on something of an island with naming projects. It seems folks are recognising I need their help. I’m glad!

Ploughing my way through a book. The same one I mentioned last week.

Feeding back on upgrade copy. Banners and other content blocks (chunks?). It’s easy to go ahead and tweak copy but my role is to coach. This content needed quite a bit of work still, so I conveyed that constructively.

What else…

Heading to the office. It was nice to be back in Shoreditch this week. Seeing colleagues was great, as was the opportunity to enjoy a graffiti-spotting stroll. Have a good weekend.
