Sharing and learning in a Managers’ Academy. This is something I’ve been attending for a while and this week was the next instalment. We talked about the importance of psychological safety and giving praise.

The usual: reviewing content. Some others have put together, some pair writing, and auditing existing flows.

Reading Immersive Content and Usability by Preston So. I’m about half-way through. In particular, I’ve loved learning about user needs for Virtual Reality.
