I had a couple of days holiday last week, which meant no Weeknotes. I’m back this week so let’s get straight into it.
Doing a lot of auditing. I’m making auditing more of a daily thing to break down what can feel an unsurmountable task into slow, yet steady progress. I mentioned a while back we were merging 3 products into 1. Now that’s done, I’ve had the time to look over everything again and evaluate it. It was a big task. And there’s a lot to improve, but I’ve a real sense of achievement of how much we did in such a short space of time. Auditing the new experience really drilled that home. And while there’s stuff to optimise, it’s just that – enhancements.
Exploring 3 key user journeys. More content auditing. With a particular focus on if there is opportunity to bring our brand voice life more. We’re considering where we might do that, and how we might do that. My team did this for one audience group and we’ll soon do it for another audience group to compare.
