The first week back at work is complete. It’s been nice to get stuck into things again. Here are a few of the things that have kept me busy…

Aligning terminology between products. This has involved something of a messy, complicated audit. It’s been messy as it’s meant I’ve had to log in to two different pieces of software and as two different users. This is the second content audit I’ve done recently that’s felt over-complex. There must be a simpler, less taxing way. I’m hopeful!

Governing content guidance. Last year, our content team launched a new content design wiki. Now, we’re in the vital phase of updating it.

Create and built an ambience app for babies. An overstatement, but I did come up the concept in our monthly creative sessions. What was really nice was that we only used paper and pen(cil).

A colleague said he’s worked out a way to use his toe to press play on music while holding his little one. And, that this sound and lighting app would be life-changing!
