Weeknotes 7 February, 2025

It’s been a week of workshops. Preparing them, facilitating them, and participating in them. They’ve been both productive and enjoyable.

Finalising and facilitating tone of voice training. I’ve been putting this together over the last week or so. We ran the session yesterday and we ended on a quiz, which folks seemed to enjoy. I’ve now sent out a request for feedback. I’m looking forward to hearing that and using it to optimise the session for when we run it again.

Finishing off reviewing some content. Working my way through a humungous Figma file with lots of moving parts. I’ve reviewed some of those parts. They’re still in early development so it’s been a lot of sharing feedback language. This is for a big, exciting feature on our roadmap. I’m excited to see this baby live.

Another awesome Content Design Office Hours. I’ve started tracking topics and attendance so I can remember them better. And also to turn into data later in the year.

Kicking off AI assistant work. One to help me get sh@* done, and another one to help the team with day-to-day UX writing, voice and tone.
