Weeknotes 28 February, 2025

At the end of January, I mentioned that I could see Spring on its way. Fast-forward to now and there are lots of crocuses popping up in my local park. I can’t tell you how much I love seeing this. My dog, also on the walks, couldn’t care less.

Presenting a content audit at our design crit. Something went live not quite expected. It was mega buggy. spent a couple of hours reviewing it and making recommendations. I then took it to our design crit to ask for our teams’ input. There’s so much to fix. A rebuild is imminent.

Updating punctuation and formatting guidance on our content wiki. The team seem to be enjoying these tips and are sharing things to add. It’s great to see this engagement.

Roles and permissions content review. I’ve reviewed this twice this week as some things went live, again, that weren’t expected. There’s been a lot of this over the last week. I’m hopeful that my streams of feedback are enough to reduce surprises next week. *Crosses everything*.

Started training a GPT as a 3rd Content Designer. ‘Cos when you can’t get budget to grow your team, you’ve gotta be innovative.
