When was the last time you thought about your goals, dreams, and fears? Never? You’re not alone.
I’ve been working on my leadership skills. I’ve been tuning into my wins and actioning my opportunities – often as I spot them. I realise that I’ve been very present. I avoided writing “stuck” in the present, as being present is valuable. Yet, being present in my work, my growth, and personal life has manifested a metaphorical, impossible-to-ignore giant. A spot-bulb-illuminated arrow nudging me towards my broader goals, dreams, and fears. “Hey, over here! We need some attention too.” Alrighty.
Seth Godin’s email this morning fuelled my thinking on this too. It posed the question, “Who sets your agenda?” How very pertinent. And while I won’t go into the changes I’ve made in both my work and personal life, I will say there have been many.
So, as we head into Easter, why not ponder your goals, dreams, and hopes?
Have a good few days.
