This week I have been focusing on completing some AI training – I now have a flashy-ish new certificate. I learned a lot, spotted some knowledge gaps, and worked through these to close them. I’m already applying what I’ve learned. Things like being more intentional with my strategy before engaging AI. Fact-checking more thoroughly. And remembering to commit things to memory.
We’ve run our quarterly planning this week too. We are trialing new content prioritisation with a simple “design needed” label in Jira. I didn’t spot it on roadmap tickets – one I’ll follow up and fix.
Topic shift: A friend suggested I take my “foot off the gas” a little. I’ve tried it. I like it. I’ve moved with more intent here also. I’ve let things go a lot and focused. Big wins.
