What are you grateful for?
At the risk of sounding like a biscuit short of a packet, I’ve been reading (and thinking) a lot about meditation and embracing a spiritual leader of late.
Amongst the deluge of thoughts about this – including “This is exactly what my life is missing,” and intelligently, “What a load of tosh” – I still want to give it all a go.
The first step? Writing down three things that I’m grateful for each day. There’s no time quite like the present after all, so may the thankfulness commence…

The dazzling autumnal sunshine
Hanging out with Jess
The buzz from listening to 80s Madonna tracks in the office (I know – but I’ve got to start somewhere, right?)
